Semitic Palestinian Christians: Terrorized by Zionists and Forgotten By Western Christians (videos)

In 1948, Christians represented 18 percent of the population in Palestine.Today, 35 percent of Palestinians are Christians. However, the history of the State of Israel’s displacement of Palestinians has included a dwindling Christian Palestinian community that now represents roughly 2 percent of the population. How this happened is a tragic irony. Namely, that Christians globally have supported policies harm Christians in Palestine.

Terrorism is a term that westerners assign to Islamic states and various other non-state Islamic players in The Middle East.

TerrorizeThis conventional restriction, however, comes with myriad shortcomings. It, for instance, fails to acknowledge the African Holocaust, Jewish Holocaust, South African Apartheid, black codes, and jim crow were western phenomena. The restriction ignores events such as the bombing of the Morrow Federal Building in Oklahoma City, [primarily southern] lynchings that occurred in the United States, and brutal regimes such as Fulgencio Batista’s in Cuba.

Yet another myopic effect of looking at terrorism through a fundamentalist Islamic lens is its necessary neglect of systems rooted in extreme fear that are products of America’s global allies. Arguably, the almost century old conflicts in the State of Israel can be described as an ongoing cloud of terror that engulfs the daily realities of life for Palestinians. And lost in these realities is that all forms of fear that have befallen Palestinians, in-general, have befallen Christian Palestinians, specifically.

There are numerous reasons why Christians should reject the idea of the State of Israel fulfilling biblical prophecy. One is that Jesus Christ, the Author and Finisher of our New Testament faith, does not ordain actions that render Christians as collateral damage in a broader set of apocalyptic aspirations. There is no evidence of that in Scriptures, which is why Palestinian Christians are an inconvenient topic for the Christian community.

In an upcoming articles, we will outline specific passages from both the Torah and New Testament that refute biblical error that seduces Christians into accepting the unjust treatment of their Palestinian Christian brothers and sisters. And we will look at famous clergy and theologians often cited for leading the seduction.

“Is the Zionist takeover in Palestine that disenfranchises, displaces, injures, and kills Christians ‘What Jesus Would Do’?”

And we will tackle topics such as claims that advocating for Christians to see justice in Palestine is somehow “antisemitic”. We will look at: the legitimacy of regional security concerns; root cause the Israeli-Palestinian conflict; and the history of Jewish uprisings during periods of oppressive conditions.

Here, we present videos below that compel you to consider the terrible predicament of Palestinian Christians who are suffering from policies that Christians in the US and Europe, particularly, support and finance…

This video reminds us that occupied Palestine has caused untold casualties in a Zionist movement, cloaked as biblical prophecy.

The Sufferings of Christians in Palestine

Can anyone who affirms the Lordship of Jesus Christ truly believe that God is pleased with the genesis of the State of Israel and the historic treatment of Palestinian Christians in light of Romans 10: 12, Galatians 3:28, and Colossians 3:11?

Al Jezeera: “Continuing Plight of Palestinian Christians”

Nations with largely Christian populations have: equipped the State of Israel to bulldoze the homes of Christians in Palestine; indirectly financed deadly military campaigns in areas inhabited by Christians; pledged support for policies that result in Christian refugees; and stood idly by as Christian Palestinians in Israel are marginalized.

60 MINUTES: “Christians of the Holy Land”

The exodus from the Holy Land of Palestinian Christians could eventually leave holy cities like Jerusalem and Bethlehem without a local Christian population, Bob Simon reports. Why are they leaving? For some, life in the middle of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict has become too difficult.

This April 2012 segment of 60 Minutes highlights an often overlooked aspect of Palestine; its connection to the early beginnings of Christianity. Centuries later, a Zionist ethnic cleansing campaign has resulted in demoralized Christians being driven out of the Holy Land.

Persecution of Palestinian Christians in Israel

Are we our brother’s keeper? Do those who call what happened in the taking of land and exiling Palestinian Christians seriously believe that Jesus Christ ordains that his people are treated as such?

Kairos Palestine

Judging by how the international community, the UN, and Israel have behaved so far and how they continue to behave. They come and go and hold conferences. And yet not a thing changes in our way of life.

Sabbath articulates the hopeless conditions that face [Christian] Palestinians on a daily basis. Yet, it is out of this hope that Kairos was born…
